The Exporters and Investors Club has held in collaboration with ICEX, and exclusively for its members, a meeting with the counselor of the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Dubai, Andrés Salinero.

After a few words of welcome by the Club’s general secretary, María Carrasco, the commercial advisor gave a presentation. His presentation focused on the economic situation of the United Arab Emirates, bilateral relations with Spain and existing business opportunities. It was highlighted that more than 200 Spanish companies are established in the UAE, as well as the important work of the Embassy and the Commercial Office in supporting companies in all phases of the projects.

Likewise, those attending the meeting were able to learn about the great business opportunities presented by the UAE for internationalized Spanish companies. These included projects in the railway sector, defense and aerospace, hydrogen, digital economy, water, waste treatment and agrotechnology. In addition to business opportunities in infrastructure, defense and civil aviation.
