Round table “Intelligence for internationalization in times of uncertainty: a need for the companies and governments” at the Ateneo
The Ateneo de Madrid hosted the round table “Intelligence for internationalization in times of uncertainty: A need for companies and governments”, organized by the Ateneo in collaboration with the Observatory of Intelligence for internationalization, and with the support of the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club.
The disruptions in the international economy in recent years (pandemic, Ukraine, geopolitical tensions) have reinforced the need for efficient intelligence systems. The aim of this round table was to discuss intelligence for internationalization: what it consists of, the functions it performs, the requirements it poses to companies and administrations, and so on.
The event was presented by Francisco Cabrillo, president of the Economic Sciences Section of the Athenaeum and professor at the Complutense University of Madrid.
Participating in the round table, which was moderated by Antonio Bonet, president of the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club, were the experts María José Hernando, head of the Country Risk Unit of CESCE; Balbino Prieto, president of Anthelex International; Juan Pablo García-Lliberós, CCO of AON Spain; and Enrique Fanjul, partner of Iberglobal.
