The event organized by the Exporters Club together with CESEDEN and Foro de Marcas Renombradas Españolas, moderated by Pablo López, was attended by prominent speakers such as Sara Cristóbal García (Director of Defense and Security at Amper Group) and Víctor de la Vela (Head of Latin America and the Caribbean at Airbus Defence & Space).

During the event, key issues on the strategic role of the defense industry from an economic perspective, public-private collaboration in this sector, and civilian applications of technologies developed for defense were addressed. In addition, the opportunities and challenges facing the industry in Ibero-America were discussed, with the participation of representatives from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.

This meeting provided a valuable space for the exchange of ideas and experiences between defense industry experts and representatives from various Ibero-American countries. The diversity of approaches and perspectives present at the event enriched the discussions and contributed to a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities that characterize this sector in the region. In addition, the importance of international cooperation and technological innovation as key drivers for sustainable development and the strengthening of security and defense in Ibero-America was highlighted.
